Dear guests and fans!

The 2012 motor sports season is a year of many new beginnings for me as Aston Martin driver. While I won’t be starting in the FIA-GT1 World Championships this year, I am still active in World Championships – namely the newly created FIA World Endurance Championships (WEC). I share the cockpit of an Aston Martin Vantage GTE, powered by a 4.5litre V8 engine with my Aston Martin driver colleague Darren Turner (Great Britain) and Adrian Fernandez (Mexico). Following on from the season start in Sebring/USA in March, we are hoping for further GTE Pro Class podium places. This obviously also goes for the season’s highlight at the 24 hours of LeMans mid June, the results of which are rated in the WEC.  We will also be in action in the American LeMans series (ALMS). Furthermore, I will be competing in further races in the Vantage GT3, amongst them the 24 hours on the Nürburgring north track.

Apart from racing – by the way I am now in my fifth continuous year as driver for the traditional British team Aston Martin Racing – I will be available for my father’s team Mücke Motorsport as a consultant, offering guidance in their chosen competitions such as the DTM, Formula 3 Euro Series and the ADAC Formula Masters. Obviously I will be actively supporting my father Peter Mücke whenever he is behind the steering wheel of his legendary Ford Capri.
